Decades in the Making

I’ve spent twenty years watching something happen that I couldn’t stop thinking about.

Smart people. Big ideas. Audiences that should have moved… but didn’t.

Not because the strategy was weak. Not because the data was wrong.

Because the presentation failed. The idea never got a fighting chance.

That thought took me two decades to earn. The hard way — at twenty-five, gripping a steering wheel on a silent drive back from a client meeting that collapsed in flames.

I earned it watching brilliant leaders outsource their conviction to a template.

I earned it the moment I understood that ideas don’t die because they’re weak. They die because the presenter treated the moment as a formality instead of a responsibility.

I wrote it all down. The stories. The framework. The four promises that separate the best presentations from the ones that make people check their phones by slide two.

The book is called The Campfire Method: There’s a Braver Presenter in You.

It’s a manifesto for breaking up with your unexamined habits toward presentations. The lazy ones, the inherited ones, the ones nobody taught you to question because everybody around you had already stopped questioning them. The Campfire Method asks you to look honestly at how you’ve been showing up in the presentations that matter most, and then hands you something better.

Thousands of hours of real-world pressure-testing, and one belief at the center of all of it: your ideas deserve conditions strong enough to take flight.

It launches May 5. But before it goes out into the world, I’m building something smaller. More intentional. A circle of people who care about how ideas actually land, and want a front-row seat in shaping how The Campfire Method shows up in the real world.
